A visa seeker generally comes to our office. Sometimes they communicate remotely to avail of our service. They pay the service charge in full to activate our service. A case officer creates a Unique ID once the payment is complete. We used the ID as the Tracking Number of our service. After that, we provide the tracking number to the applicant. The applicant's case is then passed on to the Consultancy Team to handle.

After receiving the case, the consultant team scheduled a meeting with the applicants. During the session, the consultant discusses briefly with the applicants about their visas. They gather the required data on the applicant's intended visit, travel schedule, financial arrangements, and other related issues. The consultant makes a note of everything. And they recommend the most effective method for application preparation. Applicants are notified of every detail of the procedures by their dedicated consultants.

Based on the information collected during the Consultancy Session, a group of consultants discusses the case. Following that, a list of primary documents is generated. We refer to this list as a checklist. Following the checklist, the applicant must collect every document that is required.

Before finalization, all required supporting documentation, including forms, official letters, and reservations is generated. Then it is delivered to the clients for approval.
