Sweden Tourist Visa Application Process for Bangladeshi Citizens

Step 1: Choose Your Visa Type

Visit the Sweden Visa Application Centre (VAC) website in Bangladesh and select Tourist as your visa category.

Step 2: Complete the Visa Application Form

Download the visa application form and complete it carefully with all the required and accurate information.

Step 3: Gather the Required Documents

Collect all the necessary supporting documents. Ensure they are complete and, where required, properly translated and notarized. Double-check everything before submission to avoid delays.

Step 4: Book an Appointment and Submit Your Application

Schedule an appointment through the Sweden Visa Application Centre website. On your appointment date, submit your application and supporting documents, and provide your biometric information at the Swedish Visa Application Centre in Dhaka.

Step 5: Pay the Visa Fees

Pay your Sweden Tourist Visa fee in cash at the NRB Bank booth located inside the Swedish Visa Application Centre in Dhaka.

Step 6: Wait for the Visa Decision

The Swedish Embassy will review your application and supporting documents. Wait until a decision has been made on your visa application.

Step 7: Collect Your Passport

Once your visa decision is ready, you will receive a notification. You can collect your passport from the Swedish Visa Application Centre in Dhaka or choose courier delivery for an additional fee.
