Luxembourg Self-Employed Person Visa Application Process for Bangladeshi Citizens
Step 1: Complete the Application Form
Visit the Luxembourg Visa Application Center website and select Self-Employed Person as your visa category. Download the visa application form and complete it with all the required information.
Step 2: Gather Required Documents
Before applying for a Luxembourg long-stay visa, you must first obtain your Authorisation to Stay (ATS). Then collect all the required supporting documents and carefully review them to ensure they are properly translated and notarized where required.
Step 3: Book an Appointment and Submit Your Visa Application
Schedule an appointment through the Luxembourg Visa Application Center, India website. Visit the VAC on your scheduled date and submit your application together with all the required documents.
If necessary, an authorised representative may submit your application on your behalf. However, you must notify the embassy beforehand that someone else will be submitting your application.
Step 4: Pay Visa Fees
During your application submission, you must pay your Luxembourg Self-Employed Person visa fee in cash at the VAC. Additional VAC and service charges also apply.
Step 5: Passport Collection
Wait for the embassy to review your application and supporting documents. Once you receive your visa approval email or passport collection notification, collect your passport from the Luxembourg VAC in India. Your authorised representative may also collect it on your behalf.
