Step 1: Complete the Visa Application Form
Visit the Luxembourg Visa Application Centre website for India and select the Family Members of Third Country Nationals visa category. Download the visa application form and complete it with all the required information.
Step 2: Gather the Required Documents
Before submitting your application, you must first obtain your original Authorization to Stay (ATS). Then collect all the supporting documents required for your visa application. Ensure that all documents are complete and, where required, properly translated and notarized.
Step 3: Book an Appointment and Submit Your Application
Schedule an appointment through the Luxembourg Visa Application Centre website in India. On your scheduled appointment date, submit your completed application along with all the required documents.
If someone is submitting the application on your behalf, you must notify the embassy in advance and obtain the necessary approval.
Step 4: Pay the Visa Fees
Pay your Luxembourg Family Members of Third Country Nationals visa fee in cash at the Visa Application Centre during the submission of your application. Additional VAC and service charges will also apply.
Step 5: Collect Your Passport
Once the embassy has completed the assessment of your application, you will receive an email regarding your visa decision or passport collection. You can then collect your passport from the Luxembourg Visa Application Centre in India.
An authorised representative may also collect your passport on your behalf.
