Before submitting your application, you must first obtain your original Authorization to Stay (ATS). Then collect all the supporting documents required for your visa application. Ensure that all documents are complete and, where required, properly translated and notarized.

  • Schedule an appointment through the Luxembourg Visa Application Centre website in India. On your scheduled appointment date, submit your completed application along with all the required documents.

  • If someone is submitting the application on your behalf, you must notify the embassy in advance and obtain the necessary approval.

Pay your Luxembourg Investor Visa fee in cash at the Visa Application Centre during the submission of your application. Additional VAC and service charges will also apply.

  • Once the embassy has completed the assessment of your application, you will receive an email regarding your visa decision or passport collection. You can then collect your passport from the Luxembourg Visa Application Centre in India.
