Yes, you are required to provide private health insurance to apply for a study visa.

Can I work with my Ireland Study Visa?

Yes, you can if your visa approves it. You can work up to 20 hours per week while your classes are going on. And it can be up to 40 hours per week during holidays or vacations if your visa includes Stamp 2 permission. This condition applies only to full-time students enrolled in eligible courses listed by the Irish government. However, you’re not permitted to work at all if your visa is marked Stamp 2A.

Who can act as a sponsor for a study visa application?

Legal guardians of the applicant, scholarship providers, and any Bangladeshi relative living in Ireland with a valid residence permit can act as a sponsor for a study visa application.
