Saudi Arabia Visa Requirements for Bangladeshi

Some common documents Bangladeshis must submit at the Saudi Visa Application Center for all visa types are listed here. After this section, you will get an additional document list for specific visa types. Please take a look at the general documents below.

1. Original Passport and photocopy. The passport must have at least two blank pages and 6 months of validity.

2. Two recently taken photographs with white backgrounds. The photos must be captured in the last 3 months and the size is 2 inches X 2 inch or 51mm x 51mm. Female visa applicants who are covering their heads for religious reasons should be visible. 

3. Photocopy of applicant’s NID/Birth Certificate.

4. All visit visa applicants must provide a recent Police Clearance Certificate issued by the Bangladesh Home Ministry authority along with the visa application.

5. Confirmed Air Ticket booking.

6. Confirmed accommodation details or Hotel booking.

1. A confirmed return Air Ticket.

2. HR Letter for service holder/ letter of Introduction for Businessman.

3. Proof of solvency: Updated original Bank Statement of the last 6 months. If a Company bank statement is submitted, an addition of Ownership / Certificate of Incorporation is required.

4. A travel itinerary.

5. All personal information, including the address of the applicant's country of residence.

6. Relationship proof document attested in the host country ( for minors).

1. Pre-approval Letter/Invitation Letter.

2. Certificate of registration for the Saudi company. You will get it from the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.

3. An HR Letter from the Bangladeshi country company in which the applicant works. It should state the professional status and purpose of the visit to Saudi.

4. Applicant’s Trade License, translated in Arabic and also photocopy, attested and notarised from MoFa of Bangladesh.

1. A pre-approval letter, issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Invitation letter to be addressed to Royal Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dhaka)

2. Relationship Proof:

        For Spouse: Original Marriage certificate in Arabic, and a photocopy. Notarized and attested by the Mofa of Bangladesh.

        For Children: Birth Certificate in Arabic, and a photocopy. Notarised and attested by the Mofa of Bangladesh.

        Relatives other than Spouse: Affidavit mentioning passport number, name, and relation. Arabic translation of Affidavit and properly notarized.

1. Pre-approval letter issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Invitation letter to be addressed to Royal Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dhaka).

1. Copy of valid UAE residence visa page. 

2. Copy of Emirates ID Card or renewal form. Application form for new Emirates ID Card should be stamped by the Emirates ID Authority

3. Applicants with travel documents should not have any restrictions or conditions which prevent them from traveling.

4. Require labor cards or a work permit for residents on personal sponsorship.

5. A copy of the pre-approval visit issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

6. Proof of relationship (marriage certificate/birth certificate) attested by the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, UAE.

1. Bill of lading attested by MoFA of the host country.

2. A letter from the company in the host country requesting to grant a visa to deliver goods.

3. A copy of the driver's license, Vehicle Registration, and vehicle power of attorney.

Transit by Air:

1. A travel ticket to the destination country through the Kingdom with a transit time is not less than 12 hours and no more than 72 hours.

2. The visa applicant must have an entry or residence visa in the destination country unless looking to pass to the country of origin.

Transit by Land:

1. To have a regular residency in the host country 

2. The visa applicant must have an entry or residence visa in the destination country unless looking to pass to the country of origin. A copy of the driver's license.

3. A copy of the vehicle registration certificate.

4. A copy of the tourist travel for travelers with their own vehicles issued by the Department of Traffic or a letter from the carrier for those who wish to travel by public buses.

1. Visa Document.

2. GCC Medical certificate.

3. Police clearance certificate attested by the Mofa of Bangladesh.

4. Relationship proof document attested in the host country.

5. Relationship Proof:

        For Spouse: Original Marriage certificate in Arabic, and a photocopy. Notarized and attested by the Mofa of Bangladesh.

        For Children: Birth Certificate in Arabic, and a photocopy. Notarised and attested by the Mofa of Bangladesh.

        Relatives other than Spouse: Affidavit mentioning passport number, name, and relation. Arabic translation of Affidavit and properly notarize.
