1. Passport

The applicant must show their Bangladeshi original passport. The passport must be issued within the last ten years. It also needs to be valid for at least six months. The passport validity should match the expected date of departure from Romania. Handwriting and changes in the passport are not allowed.

2. Previous Passport

The applicant will have to present each and every passport they have ever had. If you want a Romania visa and any of your passports are lost, please give a photocopy of your GD.

3. Visa Application Form

4. Photograph

• Forwarding Letter: 

An NOC, LOI, or any other letter from Bangladeshi authorities is considered a forwarding letter. The professional letter is written on the business's letterhead pad. The applicant's name, designation, and passport number must be included in the letter. It should also address the duration of their visit. The letter should be written to the Visa officer at the Embassy of Romania in India.

• Trade License: 

Trade licenses should be provided by applicants who are self-employed or businessmen. The applicant must provide the trade license of their business. Bangladesh Board of Revenue usually provides the trading license.

• Incorporation Certificate: 

If the applicant is a company's director, they must provide the incorporation certificate. The certificate must be from his company. The certificate will show the company's name, registration number, and incorporation date.

• Memorandum: 

The Bangladeshi applicant must provide the company's memorandum of organization. (If the applicant is the owner or director of the company).

• Office ID Card Copy: 

A copy of the applicant's office ID card from their employer is required to obtain a Romanian visa. The business may be based in Bangladesh or somewhere else.

10. Financial Documents

• Personal Bank Statement: 

The applicant must provide a bank statement for the last six months. An official seal and signature should be used to validate the statement. The bank statement may be from another international bank or any Bangladeshi bank.

• Personal ITR: 

A copy of the applicant's ITR for the previous three years is required to apply for a Romanian visa. It is necessary to retrieve the ITR document from the National Board of Revenue of Bangladesh. 

• Company Bank Statement: 

The applicant must provide the previous six months of company bank statements. It will only be relevant if the trip is sponsored by the company.

• Company ITR: 

The latest six months of company bank statements must be submitted by the applicant. Only if the trip is sponsored by the company.

11. Air Ticket

The applicant needs to prove that they are flying to Romania from Bangladesh. In this case, the documents for purchasing a plane ticket that matches the duration of the trip work.

12. Hotel Reservation

A reserved hotel booking in Romania for the applicant’s accommodation is also needed. The applicant should mention the hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.

Note: If the applicant is a minor citizen, you need to submit some additional documents.

1. Birth Certificate: 

The applicant needs to submit their Birth Certificate. The certificate needs to be attested by the Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This documentation proof is mandatory to get a Romania visa.

2. NOC from School:

If the applicant is a Bangladeshi school student, they need to submit an NOC from the school.
