Ireland Visa Requirements for Bangladeshi Citizens

All the applicants need to submit some basic documents to process their Ireland visa. Ireland visa requirements from Bangladesh are given below;

1. Passport

An original Bangladeshi passport that was issued within the last ten years must be submitted by the applicant. The passport needs to remain valid for six months after the scheduled departure date from Ireland. Alterations and handwriting are not allowed. The applicant must bring any previous passports they may have.

2. Previous Passport

The applicant must present each of their previous Bangladeshi passports if they have any previous passports. Provide a copy of your GD copy if any passports have been lost for an Irish visa.

3. Visa Application Form

The applicant must properly complete the Irish visa application form to get an Ireland visa from Bangladesh. Please fill out the form using the PDF editor. Fill out the form in block letters and have the applicant sign it.

4. Supplementary Form

The applicant must complete a supplementary form. Each type of visa requires the applicant to complete a separate form. The form can be downloaded from the Ireland embassy website. 

5. Photograph

The applicant needs to submit a recently taken photo. Photo size must be 45-35mm. The photo must be less than 6 months old.

6. Cover Letter

A personal letter from the applicant needs to be submitted to get an Ireland visa for Bangladeshi. Personal information including name, designation, passport number, and reason for visit must be provided by the applicant. The Visa Officer at the Irish Embassy in New Delhi is the address to which the letter should be sent. The subject line needs to specify the Visa category.

7. Visa refused letter

A Bangladeshi applicant needs to submit a visa refusal letter from Ireland immigration or others country if any.

8. Proof Of Occupation

• Forwarding Letter

A letter from the Bangladeshi office such as an NOC/LOI letter. The letter should be on the organization’s letterhead pad. Applicant name, designation, passport number, and duration of visit should be on the letterhead. The letter needs to address the Visa officer, Embassy of Ireland, India.

• Trade License

The applicant needs to submit the company trade license. The trade license should be issued from the Bangladesh Board of Revenue. If the applicant is self-employed or business.

• Incorporation Certificate

The applicant needs to submit an incorporation certificate of the Bangladeshi company if the applicant is one of the directors of the company to get an Irish visa. The certificate will have the registration number, name of the company, and the date of incorporation.

• Memorandum

The Bangladeshi applicant needs to submit the company memorandum of association for an Irish visa. (If the applicant is the owner or director of the company).

• Office ID Card Copy

The applicants need to submit an Office ID card copy from the company the applicant is working for to get an Ireland visa. The company can be a Bangladeshi company or others.

• Visiting Card

The applicant needs to submit 3 copies of the applicant's visiting card.

• Bin Certificate

The applicant needs to submit the company Bin certificate.

• Pay Slips

Applicants need to submit the last 3 months pay slips.

9. Financial Documents

• Personal Bank Statement

Applicants need to submit the last 6 months Bank statement with an authorized seal and signature. The Bank Statement can be from a Bangladeshi Bank or others.

• ITR

The applicant needs to submit an ITR copy for the last 3 years to get an Ireland visa. The ITR copy needs to be collected from the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue. 

• Company Bank Statement

The applicant needs to submit the company bank statement for the last 6 months. (If the company sponsors the trip).

• Company ITR

10. Payment Receipt

The applicant needs to submit an Ireland visa payment receipt with all the other necessary documents.

11. Air Ticket

The applicant must purchase a plane ticket that corresponds with the duration of the trip to Ireland from Bangladesh.

12. Hotel Reservation

A reserved hotel booking in Ireland for the applicant’s accommodation. The applicant needs to mention the hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.

Note: If the applicant is a minor citizen then the applicant needs to submit some additional documents.

1. Birth Certificate

The applicant needs to submit the Birth Certificate of the applicant. The certificate needs to be attested by the Bangladesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The document is mandatory to get an Irish visa.

2. NOC from School

If the applicant is a student in a school in Bangladesh, the applicant needs to submit an NOC from the school.

Ireland issues Business visits, tourist, family visits, conferences, or events as visit visas. There are some specific requirements for each visa category.

The applicant or citizen of Bangladesh must submit a contact letter from the employer from Ireland.

3. Letter from Employer

A letter from the employer is also mandatory to get an Ireland visa. The letter must contain Details of the Job and salary.

4. Evidence of qualification

Evidence of qualifications and previous work experience must be submitted in support of the applicant's visa application for Ireland.
