General Terms

  • VISAThing™ serves as a facilitator for visa processing and related services on behalf of clients, working with relevant consulates and authorities.
  • By using our services, clients agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for the information they provide.
  • Clients must be of legal age and provide accurate, truthful information for the processing of their applications. VISAThing™ is not responsible for verifying legal identity.

Service Usage and Privacy

  • Clients consent to the collection and use of personal data for visa processing and related services, such as logistics consultation and relationship management.
  • Personal data such as identification documents, passport details, bank statements, and other necessary documents will be stored securely by VISAThing™.
  • For further details on how we manage and protect your data, please refer to the Data Consent Form.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • VISAThing™ ensures the strict confidentiality and security of all personal information provided by clients.
  • Collected data will be used solely for the intended purposes, and access will be restricted to authorized personnel.
  • Data will be retained securely for the necessary duration and may be kept for life unless legal requirements mandate otherwise.
  • Clients waive the right to legal claims regarding data use, as long as it complies with the purposes defined in the consent agreement.

Online Visa Application System

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required information is accurate when completing online forms or uploading documents.
  • VISAThing™ will not be held liable for errors in service selection, incorrect document uploads, or payment processing errors.

Service Processing Time

  • Processing times provided by VISAThing™ are estimates based on consulate timelines. Delays caused by external authorities, such as immigration offices, are not under the responsibility of VISAThing™.

Consultancy Services

  • Our consultancy services offer support in document preparation and guidance, but VISAThing™ cannot influence or guarantee the final decision made by consulates or visa authorities.
  • The client bears responsibility for ensuring that all documents provided are complete and accurate.

Visa Processing (Logistics)

  • VISAThing™ will facilitate the secure handling and transit of all visa applications and associated documentation.
  • Any additional fees for logistics beyond specified limits will be communicated to the client before service completion.

Payment & Refund Policies

  • Service fees are clearly outlined on the VISAThing™ website and must be fully paid before the service begins.
  • Clients may choose to settle payments via cash, card, bank transfer, internet/mobile banking, or other payment gateways.
  • Online payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway facilitator.
  • Additional charges/taxes may apply to online payments, which are outside VISAThing!™ service charges.
  • VISAThing!™ is not responsible for technical or banking errors related to payments.
  • Services will only commence after full payment. VISAThing!™ is not liable for delays caused by unpaid services.
  • Service charges and visa fees may change without prior notice.
  • Once payment is made and a tracking ID is generated, the client has engaged VISAThing!™ services. Services are non-refundable after engagement.
  • Consultancy service fees are non-refundable, but credit may be offered for future applications in certain cases.
  • Visa applications kept on hold for more than 3 months will be excluded from the system with no further service provided.
  • No refunds for ancillary services/products. Only visa fees may be refunded in unsuccessful submissions.
  • No refunds for visa fees after the application has been lodged, regardless of withdrawal.
  • If a Single-entry visa is granted instead of a Double/Multiple entry, no refund will be applicable. The embassy's decision is final.
  • Refunds are subject to the company's refund policies, and no refunds will be provided once the visa application has been submitted to the consulate.

Please note that this refund policy has been formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of 2009, the Contract Law of 1872, and relevant industry-specific regulations.

We reserve the right to update or modify the Payment and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means of communication.

Liability and Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of their visa upon issuance. VISAThing™ is not liable for any actions taken by immigration authorities.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their visa is activated before the expiration date. Failure to do so may result in visa cancellation.
  • VISAThing™ is not liable for any consequences due to the client's breach of visa terms, including overstays.
  • VISAThing™ bears no responsibility for errors made by embassies/consulates on visa details.
  • VISAThing™ is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party couriers delivering passports or travel documents.
  • Clients must verify that the visa details match their passport information. Any issues resulting from discrepancies are the client’s responsibility.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any adverse factors (e.g., visa refusals, medical conditions, criminal records) before service engagement. Nondisclosure may result in delays or refusals.
  • VISAThing™ is not responsible for issues arising from false or misleading information provided by the client.
  • Once immigration decisions are made, VISAThing™ services are concluded. Clients must verify all non-visa information themselves.
  • VISAThing™ reserves the right to return passports without the requested visa if documents do not meet immigration requirements or there is insufficient processing time.
  • VISAThing™ assumes no responsibility for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party services, such as couriers or consulates.

Complaints Handling

  • All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of recognizing an issue. Complaints should be in writing and will be addressed by VISAThing™ management as quickly as possible.

Data Consent and Processing

  • Clients voluntarily provide personal information for visa processing and agree to its lawful usage.
  • Data collected will only be used for official purposes related to the visa application and will remain confidential unless required by law.
  • Clients can refer to the Data Consent Form for more detailed information on how their data is collected, processed, and stored.

Copyright Issue

The Client understands that the graphic/non-graphic elements of the application form and money receipt even though the VISAThing™ mark is used, is the registered trademark of VISAThing™. No user/client has the rights to such alter; temper contained therein.

Acceptance of Agreement by Client/ Representative of Group of Client/Service Recipient(s)

I fully comprehend and consent to the terms and conditions herein. I authorize actions like storing passports, processing documents, obtaining transit approvals, and submitting/collecting from relevant authorities. I affirm the accuracy of this statement to the best of my knowledge.

Amendments and Updates

VISAThing™ reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
