University of Tampere History and Background
The University of Tampere was founded in 1925 as a civic college in Helsinki, Finland. Later, it was relocated in Tampere as School of Social Sciences in the year 1966. It is a public university which started with only a few students and now the number of students has gained momentum giving students a wonderful global exposure.
