Tourist Visa Requirement

1. Valid passport (passport must be valid at least 90 days from issue date of visa.

2. Letter of invitation:

a. For a private visit:Invitation letter certified by the relevant authority of the Republic of Serbia.

b. For a business visit: Invitation letter by a company in Serbia;

c. For a tourist trip: A proof of payment for the trip issued by a travel agency (voucher or other type of payment receipt);

3. Completed Visa Application Form (Click Here to Download)

4. Photo 3 copies (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm) with 60-80% face;

5. Return Ticket or Itinerary

6. Hotel Booking

7. Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months with sufficient funds. Sufficient funds are considered to be 50 Euros per day of stay, proved by possession of the appropriate amount of cash, bank statement, traveler’s cheques, credit cards or a letter of guarantee.

8. Income Tax Return (ITR) Certificate of Applicant for last 3 years

9. Company Bank Statement for the last 6 months if the company is sponsoring.

10. Income Tax Return (ITR) Certificate of Company for the last 3 years (for business purpose)

11. Applicant’s Salary Slip for last 6 months or Salary Certificate.

12. A Personal Cover Letter from Applicant mentioning the detailed purpose of visit,  of the application by addressing the Visa Officer, Embassy of Serbia, New Delhi, India.

13. A Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit.

14. If underage children are traveling with one of their parents, it is necessary to submit a relevant certified authorization by the other parent; or if the child is traveling with a third person such authorization is required from both parents or guardian;

15. It is recommended to have a health insurance for the period of stay in Serbia, covering possible medical costs to the amount of not less than 20,000 Euros.
